| Knaresborough Celtic's celebrations at
achieving the coveted Charter Community award were almost
blacked out when the floodlights failed at Harrogate Towns
Wetherby Road ground. |

Having worked hard to make the club a
top class set up the club Officials and Players wanted to celebrate
their efforts. All the plans were laid and an official
presentation would be made on the pitch at half time during the
Harrogate v Stafford Rangers match |

With
over 100 club members present and the Harrogate and Stafford
teams warming up for a 7.30pm kick off the lights went out. |
| |
| Luckily
the lights came back on in time for the presentation, but the
referee deemed it too late to start and the match was
postponed |
