What happens if I have taken the Junior Team Managers Course and want to take the Level 1 course ?
Your Junior Team Managers certificate lasts for 3 years and fulfils the Charter Standard criteria.
However, if you took the Junior Team Managers course before August 2001 then you will need to take the full Level 1 course.
If you took the Junior Team Managers course after August 2001 then you will have to attend all parts of the course except the First Aid and Child Protection Modules.
The course content and resources have been improved and changed format,  the new qualification is definitely worth taking.

The answer is Yes.   For Courses organised by WRCFA Level 1 is a pre-requisite for enrolling on a Level 2 course
