West Riding County FA's ‘Girls Centre of Excellence’
is into its second year and is
now recruiting extra staff to help it run and develop. The purpose
of the academy is to identify players of outstanding ability and
place them in a technical and educational programme designed to
produce football excellence in conjunction with personal
development. It works to discover elite players of the future and
potential England Internationals.

| The role
encompasses the following areas: |

Coaching
twice a week – Monday & Wednesday evening (commencing on
Monday 11th August 2008) at St John Fishers 3G pitch, Dewsbury |

Manage on a
match day – Saturday fixture programme |
| * |
Complete
relevant reports |

▪ Parents evening |
|
▪ Coaching plans |
|
▪ Evaluation |
|
▪ Set and prepare; individual, group and team objectives |

Continue
Personal Development |

Attend FA
Training Days |

Update and
maintain all relevant qualifications |

Liaison
with players, parents/guardians, coaching staff, Centre
Director, physiotherapist,

Riding
County
FA

positive image of the West Riding FA Licensed Centre of
Excellence |

Job Specification:
|
|
|
▪ Minimum Level 2 coaching qualification, Level 3
desirable
|
|
|
▪ FA Goal Child Protection Workshop
|
|
|
▪ Enhanced CRB check
|
|
|
▪ Emergency-Aid
|
|
|
▪ Have knowledge of the LTPD plan
|
|
|
▪ Have knowledge of the “
Four Corners
” principle
|
|
|
▪ FACA Member
|
|
|
|
|
|
If candidates are successful, they will
be required to commence work as soon as possible as player trials are
being held on Wednesdays 11th, 18th, and 25th June and Wednesday 2nd
July (all 18:00 – 19:30).
