Our 2nd team are now 2 years old and in their second season firmly established
themselves in West Yorkshire League Alliance Division 2. We were also
runners-up in the Barkston Ash FA District Cup Final for reserve teams.
We are a progressive team looking for a progressive person who wants a
challenge and is looking for a side to manage/coach whilst achieving or
furthering their coaching badges.

This is a very demanding job which requires a guaranteed weekly commitment
of your time and effort. It also requires you to attend the committee
meetings.
I don't want anyone applying who can not fulfill the following:
* Prepared to put in a lot of hours
* Will be under the scrutiny of the committee and the 1st team manager to
try to run the 2nds to a very high standard
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisation skills
* A car is beneficial, so that assets and equipment can be monitored
personally and not delegated
* Current Level 1 FA coaching badge, or is prepared to apply for and
complete the Level 1 FA course by May 2008
* Enthusiastic, and full of progressive ideas

the mercy of the firsts with regards selection, and that you will be running a
"feeder team" as the main priority and not your own club. If you are
