‘Girls Centre of Excellence’
 

The ‘Girls Centre of Excellence’ requires a physiotherapist to practice during the 2008/09 season.   The successful applicants’ role will require them to attend one evening training session and one weekend fixture per week, providing the treatment and management of injury to players aged 8-16.

They will ideally be qualified to graduate level and be registered to practice with the Health Professionals Council.   Registration with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy would be an advantage.  This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain practical experience within a sporting environment.

As this role involves direct access to young persons under the age of eighteen, within the context of the job or any subsequently related activities or responsibilities, the successful candidate will undergo a thorough screening process, which will include a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure, to ensure their suitability for the role.
