APPEALS BY
REFEREE'S (Regulation 4)
|
|
|
|
|
|
Where a League or Competition imposes a
penalty, punishment or disciplinary action upon a Referee (including
removal from their List of Officials at a time other than in the
course of their normal annual review) he may appeal against that
decision or action. |
|
|
|
|
|
The appeal shall be dealt with by an appeals
board appointed by the West Riding County Football Association and
shall be lodged with the Secretary of that Association within 14
days of the decision and shall be accompanied by a fee of £35, may
be returned or forfeited in whole or in part at the discretion of
the Board of Appeal, who shall decide by whom the costs of the
appeal shall be borne. |

The decision of the Board of Appeal shall be
final and binding on all concerned. |
